Prohibited Conduct

The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of d8888.

Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension & Termination

d8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the account.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated time period.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Upon termination of an account for cause, d8888 may withhold any pending balances pending investigation. Where termination is without cause (at the user's own request), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the user after standard verification, less any applicable processing fees.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of d8888's services, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes informally within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. d8888 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available in all locations. It is the sole responsibility of each user to ensure that their use of the platform complies with all local laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

d8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason.
